Refund policy

All returns must be approved prior to shipment. Please review the following conditions before submitting a return request.

  1. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
  2. No material may be returned without prior written approval and issuance of an RM number by Post-tensioned Products, Inc.
  3. Approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Additional fees may apply depending on product condition, packaging condition, or manufacturer return charges.
  4. Customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with returning material, unless otherwise approved in writing by Post-tensioned Products, Inc.
  5. Returned material must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition
    • Free from damage, rust, modification, or jobsite wear
  6. Custom, special-order, fabricated, cut-to-length, or non-stock items are non-returnable.
  7. Material returned without an approved RM number may be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense.
  8. Credit will not be issued until returned material has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
  9. Post-tensioned Products, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the above requirements.
  10. RM numbers are valid for 10 business days from date of issuance.
