1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through the Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. website (post-tensionproducts.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all customers, including retail purchasers and approved wholesale/contractor account holders.
2. About Our Products
Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. distributes post-tensioning repair hardware, barrier cable systems and hardware, post-tension equipment, and specialty tools intended for use by trained post-tensioning professionals and licensed contractors. Our products are engineered for use in post-tensioned concrete construction and repair applications.
Important: All products sold by Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. are intended for use by qualified professionals. PTP products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with applicable engineering standards, building codes, and the technical documentation provided. Improper installation or use of post-tensioning hardware may result in serious injury, structural damage, or death. Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility for misuse or improper installation of its products.
3. Product Information and Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, SKUs, dimensions, and pricing are accurate and up to date. Technical documentation — including engineering drawings, spec sheets, repair bulletins, and test reports — is available in our Technical Documentation Library and is provided for reference purposes. Specifications are subject to change without notice as products are refined. If you have questions about a specific product's suitability for your application, please contact us before ordering.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Approved wholesale and contractor accounts receive pricing as established at the time of account approval, subject to periodic updates. Volume discounts and net-30 payment terms are available exclusively to approved B2B portal members.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate prior to checkout.
5. Orders and Payment
Orders may be placed through our online store or wholesale portal. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Wholesale account holders with approved net-30 terms are subject to the payment schedule outlined in their account agreement.
6. Shipping Policy
Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. offers same-day shipping on in-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on standard business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping rates and carriers are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. PTP ships within the contiguous United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. PTP is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
7. Returns and Warranty
Returns Unused, uninstalled products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee where applicable. Custom, special-order, or cut-to-length products are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@pt-prod.com with your order number and reason for return.
Warranty Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. warrants its manufactured hardware and anchoring products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow provided technical documentation.
Our warranty obligation is limited to replacement or refund of the defective product at our sole discretion. Post-Tensioned Products, Inc.is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from product defects.
8. Wholesale and Contractor Accounts
Wholesale portal access is available to approved contractors and distributors. Application for a wholesale account does not guarantee approval. Approved accounts receive a flat discount on listed pricing and are subject to the terms of the B2B account agreement, including Net-30 payment terms. PTP reserves the right to revoke wholesale access for non-payment, misuse of pricing, or violation of these Terms.
9. Technical Documentation
Technical documents, engineering drawings, repair bulletins, and test reports available on our website are provided for informational and professional reference purposes only. These documents are proprietary to Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, technical drawings, and documentation — is the property of Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post-Tensioned Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or website, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Post-Tensioned Products, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baker County, Florida.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
