At only 1.5” in diameter, these splices make barrier cable installations look sleek and less visually intrusive. The Torque/Tension values for tendon stressing with both dry and greased splice threads are available for download. The ACT1 is shipped with dry threads, but the installer may want to apply grease to the threads to achieve higher tension values.
