When using the Multi-Cable Lock-off Anchors and Flat Wedge Lock-off Anchors for 2 Cables in a stacked configuration, it may be necessary to increase the surface to distribute the tendon loads to a broader surface area. These slotted backing plates, made from ½” thick steel, measure 5” x 7” each, and provide a secure and reliable solution.
