Cap Plugs fit tightly into ¾”schedule 40 PVC to help keep concrete slurry from filing the sleeves during placement of the column concrete. These are also supplied with our EZ Place PVC Alignment Rail, which ensures that the PVC sleaves will always be exactly where needed to allow barrier cables to pass through concrete columns
