2" wide sheathing tape

3M™ Scotchrap™ Corrosion Protection Tape is a tough, polyvinyl chloride based tape with special high tack adhesives formulated to ensure excellent adhesion, conformability, and mechanical strength. It’s highly resistant to UV rays, corrosive salt water, alkalis, chemicals, and varying weather conditions. Each roll is 2” wide and 99’ in length.

The Post-tensioning Institute requires that tape used for repairs meet the requirements of PTI M10.2-17 Section 2.4.3.2 and:

• Be self-adhesive and moisture proof
• Be nonreactive with sheathing, PT coating, or prestressing steel
• Have elastic properties
• Have a minimum width of 2 in. (50 mm)
• Have a contrasting color to the tendon sheathing
